Position Highlights:

The RPA Solution Manager will be responsible for the infrastructure, the governance, and the best practices. They will lead the platform upgrades and the move to the company’s Azure cloud, as it accelerates its digitalization across the globe. Occupying the position of RPA Solution Manager, they will be collaborating with delivery teams worldwide, providing licenses, development environments, robots, best practices, etc.
 
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Define and support RPA platform roadmap in line with business priorities
  • Own the delivery of projects (including resources needs and financials)
  • Maintain governance framework and best practices
  • Enable the Automation centers to identify and define automation opportunities
  • Provide leadership to deliver and support Robotic process automation initiatives within the company
  • Follow up issues and risks, and escalate in case of any relevant issues and risks on the functional and technical side, as well as project management side (workload constraints, conflicts, deliverable review and sign off delay from business, delivery delay from technical team, etc.)
 
Crucial Criteria:
  • At least 5 years working experience in corporate IT teams/environments
  • Proven track record in managing RPA projects
  • Experience with UiPath RPA
  • Skilled in business tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-management expertise
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, reactive, and challenging trading environments
  • Ability to anticipate issues, risks, and pro-actively develop solutions/mitigation plans
 
Nice-to-have:
  • Exposure to commodities trading, logistics, and finance is a plus, but not a must
