We are looking for Retention Agents
1+ years experience.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Ability to manage day-to-day sales functions.
Promote the company's financial products and services.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients from all over the world by phone calls, chat, emails.
Being familiar with client onboarding process and KYC.
Managing portfolio with existing clients and presenting them the best service plan for their needs.
Ability to react on clients requests promptly in a professional and kindly manner.
Handle clients queries in a timely and accurate manner.
Cooperating effectively with other departments as required.
