What will you do?

• Conduct detailed research and analysis on potential merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities for team.blue
• Perform benchmarking analysis on the competitive landscape and top competitors in the market of interest (typically B2B SaaS businesses)
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on target companies, including:
  • Pricing model and payment strategies
  • Engage in product testing to assess functionalities, features and performance
  • Evaluate social media performance and interactions to assess popularity amongst existing and former customers
  • Explore information about the company culture
  • Investigate the potential of the utilized technologies
  • Seek out financial backing information
• Categorize the prospect targets by criteria of relevancy and potential

Who will you be?

• You will be a remote part of an international team of very capable and extremely knowledgeable high achievers in the M&A field.
• You will support the senior analysts by gathering and analyzing company data, market trends, and industry information.
• You will maintain accurate and organized records of research findings, financial models, and other relevant information.
• You will stay updated with market developments and industry dynamics that may impact the M&A activities.
