Role

Regional Manager (Real Estate) required for the Region of Blagoevgrad/Pernik of a rapidly growing, international real estate asset management company with a diverse banking and financial client base.

Requirements

• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills;
• Fluent English;
• Proven working experience in real estates;
• Motivated and result-driven;
• Driving license;


Responsibilities

• Obtaining documentation for real estates (tax assessments, cadastral schemes, project documentation, etc.);
• Preparation and submission of declarations for reduction of waste fee;
• Communication and conducting inspections of real estates with potential clients;
• Presence and authorization at notarial transfers;
• Keeping track and good knowledge of the real estate market;
• Communication and collaboration with real estate agencies;
• Regular inspection of the real estates and registration of insurance events in case of necessity;
• Other activities related to the position.
