We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will contribute to the company’s development with his/her expertise, ambition and passion.

As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience;
  • Advertise all vacancies through appropriate media;
  • Arrange and conduct face 2 face interviews with candidates and manage technical/ lingual testing;
  • Manage the offer process to completion by ensuring the signing of employment contracts and guaranteeing start dates;
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external hiring managers;
  • Work in close collaboration with the recruitment team;
  • Support the process of training new members in the team;
  • Research new avenues of advertising and sourcing candidates through market research;
  • Involvement in other projects /tasks as required to add value and continually improve the overall process;
Предпочитани умения

If you have:

  • At least one year of recruiting experience;
  • Experience in a similar outsourcing environment will be considered as an advantage;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant specialty;
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met;
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative;
  • Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an international & culturally diverse organization;
  • Excellent Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
