For our Sofia-based office, we are currently looking for:

Office Coordinator/ Receptionist

Responsibilities

·         Meets, registers, accommodates and provides services to the guests upon their arrival

·         Liaising with staff, suppliers, clients and other external partners

·         Keep track of the available stationery materials and place orders accordingly

·         Arrange catering for business meetings as needed

·         Perform administrative duties

·         Arranging appointments

·         Preparing presentations and reports as per requirements

·         Organizing and attending meetings or other events;

Requirements:

·         Excellent social and organizational skills

·         Very good customer service orientation;

·         Excellent English;

·         MS Office suite;

·         Flexible person with positive and proactive attitude;

·         Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
