The Position:

- Monitor the quality and performance of sales representatives and their communications channels;
- Perform quality checks and audits of calls to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and high level of customer service.
- Identify and monitor trends and quality risks;
- Structure reports to reflect the quality of performance and ensure procedural standards have been properly and accurately adhered to;



The Requirements:

- Fluent language skills in French and English, both written and verbal (B2 and above);
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google sheets;
- Being able to work well in a team is a must;
- Time management and ability to multitask;
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance is an advantage but not required
