What you will do:

• Quality Assurance on inbound calls and evaluation.
• Dive into our Product care support through software and interactions with our Field Force.
• Assist with various tasks including gathering feedback from agents.
• Explore areas of interest and suggest ideas for their improvements.

Who we’re looking for:

• Recent University graduates or at least 3rd year graduates with interests in starting their career journey.
•Strong analytical mind and some experience with office 365.
• Energetic and ambitious people who want to see results.
• Well-organized fast learners, who see no boundaries.
• Curiosity driven personalities to understand the business.
• Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian and English languages.
