Process Manager
KBC Global Services is the engine behind KBC Group – a leading bank-insurance group with over 41,000 talented employees serving more than 12 million clients across Europe. Since 2021, we have been supporting the digital transformation of KBC Group providing software development, AI, QA and other IT solutions working on a wide range of projects combining classical IT with digital banking.

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for describing, optimizing and re-engineering the processes in a specific domain (i.e. coordinating a number of applications/products/services/etc.) in order to produce a balanced cost/benefit ratio, dependable quality and a fast process throughput speed.
- You take an end-to-end approach to the process and monitor interfaces with other processes.
- You translate the strategy of the organization in your day to day activities and in that way help the organization as a whole to realize its strategy.
- You continuously bring added value. In using a client centric and pragmatic approach you fulfil the expectations of the internal partners and the organization.
- You coach and facilitate the staff employees and executives towards process thinking. Through targeted, continuous training and coaching you sensitize the staff in the use of process mindset during their daily work. You challenge executives and assist them in optimizing the execution of their services through the use of efficient processes. You play a key role in the definition and implementation of projects.
Expactations:
- At least 2 years of working experience, preferably from a corporate environment
- Good planner, who’s able to work systematically towards an objective and, moreover, lay down priorities
- Works cost-consciously with a healthy time/quality ratio
- Is an efficient organizer of meetings: determines the aim of the meeting, makes clear arrangements, produces a report and complies with arrangements has strong communication skills
- Active knowledge of English.
- Holds a university degree or has equivalent work experience (analytical and conceptual).
