Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Main responsibilities:
• Conduct written and verbal communication with customers, partners and suppliers, often on behalf of Menaging Director;
• Organise incoming and outgoing communication;
• Prepare, review and translate presentations, reports, letters and other documents;
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
• Setup and coordinate different company events, internal/external meetings;
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports;
• Ability to react for requests of the CEO, outside the regular working time;
Requirements:
• Proven previous experience in similar position;
• University Degree;
• Fluency in English - verbal and written
• Strong computer skills - MS Office;
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
• Proactive and able to work under pressure;
• Very effective organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Be reliable, supportive, honest and trustworthy;
• Respects the confidentiality of the information.
