The main responsibilities for the position are to:

  • Providing administrative support to the Director;
  • Agenda management;
  • Organization and facilitation of internal and external meetings;
  • Organization of business travels;
  • Cooperation and communication within the Bank’s structures and with external parties;
  • Being involved in the business processes of the Bank.



The appropriate candidates must have:

  • University degree preferably in Economics or related area;
  • Excellent organizational and communicational skills;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Team spirit and positive approach;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Fluent spoken and written English;
  • Very good PC skills;
  • Knowledge and experience in PowerPoint;
  • Exposure to international business standards and environment (would be considered as an advantage).
