On Site Support/IT Specialist

Based in our Head Office in Sofia

Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications;

Maintaining computer systems and networks;

Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;

Supporting the roll-out of new applications;

Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;

Testing and evaluating new applications;

Requirements:

University degree – Bachelor in Computer Systems or relevant;

Excellent level of English language;

Minimum 1 year on a relevant position;

Knowledge about networks, software, hardware;

Readiness to travel within the country;

Positive and customer-oriented personality.
