We are looking for a National Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for our company.

Founded in 1993, REGATA is one of Romania’s largest brands within the building materials, ceramic tiles, and interior decoration sectors. Through healthy relationships with domestic and international suppliers, REGATA is continually expanding its’ range of products in order to be one step ahead of market trends and to meet customer needs.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous sales & management experience while taking accountability for setting profitable goals and reaching targets. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.


  • Meeting & exceeding sales targets
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts
  • Creating sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Cooperating with the company’s various departments to ensure smooth delivery of products
  • Analyzing competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these
  • Reporting on sales results
  • Preparing and reviewing the annual budget
  • Analyzing national market trends and discovering new opportunities for growth
  • Addressing potential problems and suggesting prompt solutions
  • Participating in decisions for expansion
  • Suggesting new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction


  • Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or similar management role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office software suite
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Higher education


  • Proven sales & management experience within the ceramic tiles and interior decoration sectors
