What You Will Do: 
As our Marketing & Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving traffic and sales growth for our multinational e-commerce projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
• Creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and advertising
• Optimizing sales scripts and website content to improve our customer experience and increase conversions
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales within multinational markets
• Launching and developing new Etsy stores across multiple countries
• Processing orders from customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts and drive overall business objectives
• Actively participating in the international expansion and development of the business

What We Are Looking For: 

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or sales within the e-commerce industry
• Proficiency in English, with other languages being a plus
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Passion to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, gain their trust, and establish a loyal customer base
• A genuine passion for our mission and a desire to make a positive impact in people's lives
