Our Client:
An International Group and a leading European player specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of medical devices and custom procedure trays designed and customized for surgical theaters. Today group has in total 6 Companies across Europe, including a major production hub located in Bulgaria.
The Bulgarian Manufacturing Hub is located in Sandanski, Southern Bulgaria, consists of two production units, and boasts outstanding technology consistent with the latest technical and hygienic requirements.
 
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supervise, assign, review and participate in the work of staff; maintenance of plant equipment, machinery and related facilities; ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and perform the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
 

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports to plan maintenance activities for efficiency and productivity improvement;

·         Plan, develop, and implement new procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials;

·         Responsible for training, coaching and counselling of well-motivated, flexible and efficient maintenance teams;

·         Resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment;

·         Ensure health and safety policies and standards are adhered to at all times.

·         Prepare department budget and monitor expenditure of funds in budget to ensure financial and KPI’s.

Position Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, or management related field preferred or equivalent;

·         3+ years of manufacturing/maintenance experience;

·         1+ years of supervisory experience;

·         Mechanical/Electrical experience maintaining production equipment in a continuous production environment;

·         Willing and able to relocate in Sandanski;

·         Must be flexible to adapt to changing and varying work requirement;

·         Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships;

·         Self-motivated and Goal oriented.
