For our Pernik Plant, we are currently looking for MAINTENANCE MANAGER who will be ensuring the reliable operation of the Air Separation Unit.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and deploy the maintenance strategy of the plant (down to each equipment) through key programs, actions, processes, tools and priorities;
• Prepare and optimisе an annual maintenance budget and ensure that the costs incurred are in line with the budget;
• Establish the maintenance plan in line with the approved budget and cost optimisation;
• Prepare turnarounds (TAR) and main machine overhauls (validation by the cluster team);
• Carry out studies to justify purchasing of critical spare parts;
• Contribute to the vulnerability study and management of change processes;
• Drive Safety and IMS culture by ensuring that fundamentals in their domain of responsibility are well in place;
• Improve preventive maintenance plans (regular, predictive and multiannual);
• Encourage and actively work for spreading of knowledge, sharing of best practices inside Bulgaria and the cluster;
• In close cooperation with the plant manager, lead the plant maintenance team;

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering;
• Relevant professional experience in an international environment;
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance management software;
• Understanding of reliability analysis tools – root cause analysis, vulnerability studies, etc.;
• Ablity to respect deadlines and work under pressure;
• High sense of integrity and ethics.
