Logistics Analyst

ZigZag Global is an award-winning SaaS platform helping retailers to manage and resell returned stock, on different e-commerce marketplaces across the globe.

Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Logistics Analyst to join our team. Based in our office in Varna and reporting directly to management, this is an exceptional opportunity to join an award-winning technology business in the retail, cross-border eCommerce, logistics and sustainability space.

The position requires excellent English (spoken and written), outstanding communication skills, ability to work at a fast pace and maintain accuracy within a dynamic workplace.

Key responsibilities:

- Use Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and graphing to streamline business processes

- Perform multiple types of business analysis related to pricing, cost-benefit, carrier efficiency, etc.

- Plan and monitor service needs, outline issues, define the company’s requirements and report to management

- Generate various detailed reports as required by business

- Monitor/Control service providers’ SLAs

- Introduce and present the company’s platform to potential partners, act as a point of contact and project manager during the onboarding process of new partners

- Take part in monthly billing

- Take part in monthly P&L analysis

Mandatory skills required:

- Advanced command of MS Excel

- Fluency in English

- Extremely good at manipulating numerical data

- Highly organized with very good multi-tasking skills

- Quick learner, able to get familiar with multiple systems over a short period

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with people of different background and seniority


Preferred skills required:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Computer Science/Economics or equivalent

- Tech-savvy with strong analytical skills

- Experience in Data Warehousing or with large databases and data analysis

- Statistics background

- Experience in logistics related role or customer interaction role
