Key Responsibilities:

* Extraction of a work Visa ( permanent, temporary residence) for foreigners (ID's, insurance);

* Working with foreign legal entities and companies;

* Translation and legalization;

* Registration of companies in Bulgaria represented by foreign legal or natural persons;

* Preparing of contracts (for rent, labor law, etc.)

* Performs personal and investment tasks.

Requirements:

* Excellent English (verbal and written);

* University degree in Law and qualification achieved;

* Prior experience in a similar position is a must (min. 1 year)

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure;

* Experience in trade-legal relations;

* Experience with offshore companies.
