About the Role

The Junior TA specialist is responsible for building and facilitating a database of candidates for various positions and under specific requirements. 

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Active sourcing for suitable candidates via appropriate channels
• Facilitate candidates experience 
• Creation of a database
• Cold calling/ texting of candidates from internal database
• Do candidate pre-screening and short-listing
• Plan and initiate work activities
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with candidates
• Track and manage candidate progress

Qualifications: 

• Fluency in German, both verbal and written
• Good English skills
• Keen interest in Technologies 
• Ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure 
• Excellent Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
