Junior Recruitment Consultant (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute the recruitment process (screening, conducting interviews, language evaluation) and meet the recruitment needs within multiple projects;
  • Organize and coordinate recruitment and selection activities according to company standards;
  • Prepare attractive job ads in line with job descriptions and preliminary agreed criteria for selection;
  • Play an active part in the process of engaging top talents via various sources and platforms;
  • Maintain the company’s database.

The successful candidate has:

  • Excellent command of English and Bulgarian - C1 level (additional foreign language will be considered a strong advantage);
  • Contact center or customer service experience in an international company (would be considered as an advantage);
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, and various social networks;
  • Curiosity and interest in the Recruitment field and the processes in it;
  • Desire to develop and achieve results;
  • Motivation for long-term development in the company.
