SPORT VISION is based in 13 countries with more than 5.000 employees, 600 Retails stores and E-commerce is our fastest growing channel. E-commerce is a big focus in our development strategy, we have built a strong dedicated team in the last years, and now we need a new key person to manage our websites in term of activations and commercial strategy. The scope is diversified and challenging as you will be leading 2 different concepts: SPORT VISION and BUZZ SNEAKERS.

We are looking for Junior E-commerce Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation of sales plans in relation to the given KPI parameters (TO, GM, Markup) for the web shops for which he is in charge;
  • Participating in the creation of activity calendars in agreement with the E-commerce Cluster Sales manager on a monthly and six-monthly level and monitoring their implementation;
  • Monitoring the pace of achieving KPI parameters (daily, for 10 days, monthly and seasonally);
  • Monitoring sales reports on a weekly, monthly and seasonal level (Top 40, monthly report, seasonal reports) for the web shops he is in charge of;
  • Using sales tracking tools (BI analytics, Google analytics, Power BI);
  • Analyzing, monitoring and sending sales reports to the E-commerce Cluster Sales Manager;
  • Active participation in establishing new ways to improve sales;
  • Creation of sales lists in accordance with sales plans, brand price category, markup and seasonality;
  • On a weekly basis, proposing the newsletter and its sending time, as well as its content in agreement with the E-commerce Cluster Sales manager;
  • Suggesting the date, time and content for sending a Viber message in agreement with the E-commerce Cluster Sales Manager;
  • Control and approval of agency visuals and descriptions that appear on social networks;
  • Merchandising and arrangement of items within individual offers, as well as the entire offer of items;
  • Manipulation of product visibility on the web shop in accordance with business requirements (quantities, markup, goods...);
  • Providing precise briefings to the marketing sector regarding campaigns, actions, item photography, site improvement, landing pages, information on incoming goods, focuses on certain brands;
  • Daily shipping of items for which there are no photos on the web shop;
  • Report of incorrect classification, product description, incorrect photos and mapped products (size mapping);
  • In accordance with the company's strategy, he makes suggestions for improving the sales of brands with which the company cooperates;
  • Fulfilling contractual obligations towards suppliers through merchandising on the website;
  • Implementation of the actions that are represented in the MPO and proposing alternatives if it is not possible to implement them on the web shop, in cooperation with the E-commerce Cluster Sales Manager;
  • Determining and setting discounts in cooperation with Web administrators;
  • Coordination with the marketing team regarding banners, visuals, brand campaigns;
  • Providing suggestions and proposals for changes to the content of the web shop;
  • Updating landing pages based on customer behavior analysis;
  • Competitive monitoring and creation of Price Flux reports;
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of the set plans of the value of the average basket on the web shop in his scope of work;
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of new merchandise sales plans in his scope of work;
  • Preparation of regular and periodic reports;
  • Changing the order of filters, layout of banners, drop-down menu, refreshing of landing pages, dark zone according to business needs;
  • Supplementing the list of products on a daily and weekly basis and according to the needs of the business;
  • Monitoring the entry of new brands and new goods to the web shop, and signaling the need for a brand logo, description.

Required knowledge and skills:

  • Good command of the English language;
  • Using Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Data Studio;
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel);
  • Using a CMS.
