For one of our partners - computer systems, software, networking and communications equipment provider, specialised in distribution of active networking equipment, design, installation and support of complex IT projects, LANs, WANs, system security and backup solutions - we are looking for motivated and experienced candidates for the position of:
Technical Support Specialist
 RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                                                                           Install and support various hardware, active networking equipment and software

  • Troubleshoot, maintain and monitor cloud services, servers, printers, and scanners
  • Provide stable IT environment to the end user community 
  • Provide hardware and software support to end users´ equipment (laptop/desktop, mobile phones)
  • Provide support to general workspace equipment (mobile and IP telephony, printers, beamers, etc.)
  • Solve network problems involving desktop or laptop computers
  • Adhere to security practices, ensuring systems are regularly controlled and updated 

Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities                                       

Предпочитани умения
  • SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
  • 2 years related experience including networking & desktop support
  • Solid knowledge of computer hardware, TCP/IP and networking protocols
  • Experience with desktop operating systems including MS Windows 7/8/10, Mac OS X, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 and its services - Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Lync Online etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and remote troubleshooting of enterprise applications;
  • Support experience in mobile client platforms (IOS, Android, Windows) and software application support
  • Working knowledge of range of diagnostic tools and utilities
  • Ability to read, implement and explain technical procedures
  • Responsible pro-active problem-solver
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
  • Flexible and client-focused mindset
  • Fluency in English is highly recommended
