We are looking for a smart and self-motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team.

What you will do:

• Provide in-house IT support (diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network problems) and work closely with Senior IT Specialists to resolve complicated issues 
• Participate in research and development of corporate IT infrastructure and integration of new applications 
• Provide basic network troubleshooting for hybrid working and VPN issues 
• Replace defective hardware components when necessary
• Support the team with software applications faults
• Assist in fixing office environment issues
  

Who you are:  

• Good technical knowledge and experience with solving IT related issues 
• Experience with Microsoft products (Windows, Office, and other software systems)
• Experience with support and troubleshooting of office networks (understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS)
• Experience with Active Directory, Virtualization (Hyper-V preferred), and Windows Server Administration
• Passion for solving IT related issues and dealing with complex situations
• Strong analytical thinking
• Ability to meet tight deadlines if required
• Solution-oriented and proactive work attitude
• Team player with excellent communication skills in English

And we consider as a plus: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related (might be still pending)
