The IT Support Specialist is the key role in our IT Department.
For our Headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria we are looking for an IT Support Specialist with English.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong desire to learn on a daily basis and help other non-tech-savvy users;
• Strong understanding of MS Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 10, etc) and MS Office;
• Knowledge in Active Directory and LANs (IP, TCP/IP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP);
• Interest in cloud solutions (MS, Google, AWS).
The responsibilities of our future colleague:
• Support end users for various technical issues (Outlook, printers, IP and mobile phones etc);
• Enrol new users and decommission old users;
• Change/repair user desktop stations and mobile phones;
• Resolves issues and answers via ticketing system or phone in Bulgarian or in English languages;
• Juggle between multiple tasks with various priority levels;
• Provide feedback to both end-users and team members regarding current status of technical issues.
