The Role

You will be expected to work on the end-to-end sales cycle and client relationships, starting with lead generation, selection of real opportunities, sales activities including proposals, negotiating and closing enterprise deals. What we value is results, not the time or efforts you have invested, this is why we will not keep a strict eye on the steps. We are not a product company, so the only product that you will be selling is software development services.

Requirements

We are looking for a creative and open minded sales professional. Integrity and sincerity are qualities that we value and we want to see in our colleagues. Apart from being a good person, we would like to see the following qualities in our candidates:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT Business development/ IT Sales position.
• Successful experience in selling services to medium and large enterprises internationally
• IT industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Strong relationship management skills and credibility
• Excellent English language skills

Our proposal

Candidates have the opportunity to apply for a full-time or a part-time position as a commissionaire. Upon choosing the second option, you will have the freedom of working fully independently and getting a fixed percentage of each successful sale. In addition, we can propose:
