About us:

Pateplay is a growing start-up software development company running in the iGaming area. We started writing our story in the spring of 2022 and managed to build a team of over 50 super passionate professionals specialized in different areas. We create a variety of high-quality web casino games and offer them to worldwide operators.

We keep walking boldly and our first products will be officially released very soon. That requires the need of welcoming an Integration Specialist, who will manage and coordinate our products' technical connection to various clients' sites/platforms. 


Role overview:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams during the integration process
• Respond to all client inquiries regarding an API documentation
• Concurrently work on multiple projects with different resolution teams and clients
• Maintain a positive relationship with both clients and internal teams
• Summarize project targets, set up an integration plan and keep track of the progress throughout the process
• Give regular status updates to stakeholders
• Shift priorities when necessary

 
The desired candidates' profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a software development company in a similar role
• Experience with API integrations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with differing priorities and deadlines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain integration items to technical and non-technical people
• Self-motivated with the demonstrated ability to take initiative
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Familiarity with SDLC, standard project management processes and procedures
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Office Suite applications
• Basic knowledge of Git
• Goods-to-have:

+ Previous experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner
+ Technical background
+ Basic knowledge of JSON, XML, SQL
