3E is eagerly seeking a new Infrastructure Engineer II to join our growing team in our new Sofia Office.
3E’s Infrastructure Engineering Team is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining 3E’s computing infrastructure. YOU will play a key role in systems security, application availability, application performance, hardware, and software maintenance. This includes providing technical guidance, problem-solving, and providing operational support for all infrastructure components.

Responsibilities:

• Network Security / Threat Remediation – A primary responsibility of this position is to protect the network and the business. This includes threat management, monitoring, patching, and remediation along with diligent attention to change management.
• Operating Systems Installation & Maintenance– install, configure, and upgrade operating system parameters, network interfaces, and drivers.
• Be a key contact to help support end-user management and our clients
• Design and implement network configurations, network architecture(including hardware and software technology, site locations, and integration of technologies), and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully provide diagnostic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting expertise.
• Work with junior members of the infrastructure team to provide guidance/ coaching/training


Your Experience:

• 5+ years of progressive experience supporting information systems.
• High school or technical school certificate and relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field of study is preferred.
• Cisco certification CCNP Enterprise is required.
• Hands-on experience and working knowledge of cloud and hybrid deployments, network security strategies, LAN/WAN technologies, Cisco network infrastructure components and tools, MS Server Active Directory, and M365.
• Experience with AWS and Azure deployments.
• Strong knowledge in installing and supporting Microsoft Windows servers, including customization and implementation.
• In-depth understanding of network maintenance standards, protocols, and processes.
