Our next HR Specialist should continue fostering a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times. The specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, maintaining updated employee records, and setting up new processes where improvement might be needed. This role is for individuals that are people-centric and constantly strive to improve the workplace and be the go-to person for all employee questions.



  • Human capital management – maintain employee profiles in the system, create performance reviews, PiP, satisfaction surveys, etc.
  • Organize various company team events
  • Conduct regular HR meetings with employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Prepare annual HR strategy, budget, and workforce planning
  • Participate in recruitment and selection
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Implement personalized training and development plans
  • Develop and maintain employer branding strategy and execution


  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Solid work experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Business Proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate change and execute
  • People-centric extroverted mindset


  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant major
  • Experience with driving new processes
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
