We are NEXT BASKET, and we’re looking for you!

• If you’re a HR Specialist with 5+ years of experience as minimum 2 of them in the IT field;
• If you’re ready to lead our HR department and;
• If you’re open to scaling your development on a multinational scale;

WHO ARE WE?
NEXT BASKET is a Dutch company that develops a platform for last-generation online stores, allowing one to start, manage, and grow an online business without expert knowledge.
The platform is 3-in-1: Online store + ERP system + Fulfillment warehouse software.

The Platform’s software is developed according to the best practices and can be described as one of the most effective and secure e-commerce solutions on a global scale.
We are using microservices to deliver less than a second of loading time, and we are continually upgrading in order to stay relevant in the high-level e-commerce niche solutions.

NEXT BASKET offers integrated solutions for product warehousing and processing, logistics, a call center, marketing, photographing, creation of product descriptions, SEO optimization, business and accounting service, as well as all other services required for the operation of a successful online store.


WHERE ARE WE NOW?
NEXT BASKET aims at transforming the e-commerce environment by presenting an easy, hands-on solution for businesses of all sizes and niches.

• The company has offices in the Netherlands and Bulgaria.
• Currently, 28 Bulgarian software engineers work in the company, most of which are at a Senior level.
• We employ two in-house designers and one external design company.
• In November 2022, we are launching our first test online store; in January 2023, we are launching our MVP model; in June 2023, we are launching the first market-ready online stores, based on already-signed contracts with interested parties.

We plan to expand and develop on a European and global scale, thus granting a brand-new way for producers and merchants to scale their businesses and reach new audiences.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
• This is a hands-on role which develops, implements and updates the HR Strategy of the company;
• Lead the full recruitment process;
• Manage the employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, administration, payroll), providing very good employee experience;
• Introduce HR processes like Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee engagement;
• Provide day-to-day guidance to employees and managers on a broad range of HR topics, incl. policies and regulations, benefits, performance management, etc.;
• Develop and implement the best HR practices, policies and procedures ensuring compliance with the relevant laws;
• Promote company culture and values;
• Plan, manage and execute company events like team buildings and parties, internal meet-ups, local tech events and others;
• Support the management needs with HR Data reporting;
• Provide HR support to the other companies part of the holding structure;
• Perform other duties to support HR function as assigned.


OUR EXPECTATIONS
• University degree in HR management, Psychology or other relevant field;
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, as minimum 2 of them to be recorded in the IT field;
• Fluent English;
• Knowledge of the latest trends in HR;
• Ability to build and maintain relationships;
• Business acumen, strategic agility and result orientation;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm;
• Self-motivated to continuously expand skills and professional knowledge;
• Professional attitude, good organizational and planning skills;
• Results driven personality;

• Detail oriented and conscientious about getting things right;
