WE ARE HIRING:

HR & Payroll Specialist

 

Accenture Bulgaria is growing and so it our HR Team. We are looking for someone who can support our HR Manager in HR and Payroll tasks and projects. Apart from the administrative responsibilities, this role gives the perfect opportunity work autonomously on HR projects, be the SPOC for certain topics and take ownership. Our HR Team is currently supporting the entire team of Accenture Bulgaria in Sofia and Plovdiv.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role will include core HR tasks such as:

  • Support in day-to-day HR activities
  • Play an active role in the implementation of Global and Local HR policies and procedures
  • Administrate and order social package to the vendors, i.e. vouchers, fuel cards
  • Prepare group monthly statistics and daily reports
  • Participate in interesting HR projects, i.e. Implementation of Global Performance Evaluation, New Benefits or Global HR Systems
  • Design training plan and coordinate training sessions

 

Payroll responsibilities:

  • Be the right hand of our Payroll Lead for Bulgaria in preparation of monthly payroll of Accenture Bulgaria’s employees
  • Process new hires and leavers information in all internal payroll systems
  • Prepare labour contracts and labour books
  • Administrate of sick-leaves and regular cross-check of vacation and home office requests
  • Administrate of business trips of our colleagues
Предпочитани умения

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experienced is needed as we are looking for some who has excellent knowledge of payroll but also can handle separate HR projects
  • Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian Labour Code Law
  • Excellent Excel skills is needed for payroll and reporting purposes
  • Fluency in English language – verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Must display enthusiasm and flexibility

 

Additional requirements – will be considered as a plus:

  • Degree in HR/ Organizational Behavior
  • Experience in the IT market
  • Strong numerical skills
