We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partners – an international IT company, for the position of:

Responsibilities:

• Cover a wide range of HR processes for the whole company in support of business objectives and HR initiatives
• General Payroll preparation - administrate sick leaves, contracts and additional annexes for business trips
• Organizing technical and soft skills trainings for the employees
• Manage interesting HR projects - implementation of internatioanal good practice projects - related to performance management, benefits systems etc
• Organizing technical and soft skills trainings for the employees
• Plays active role in creation of new or existing HR procedures, programs and projects
• Support in recruitment activities and onboarding process.

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field
• At least 3-4 years of experience in HR
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment (IT recruitment experience would be considered as an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian Labour Code Law
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Presentational and training skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
