Job description
OpenTag Is a full Product company focusing on revolutionizing the B2C/B2B Gaming industry with a state-of-the-art Platform providing operators worldwide with a single solution for all their needs.

After starting from scratch, releasing our MVP, and scaling up during 2019 and 2020, we are ready to make another leap forward during 2021 and look for more great people to join us.

This is where you will play a very pivotal role in our future growth. Your main role will be to help us with the HR affairs in our Sofia office.
We are aiming not only to hire some of the most promising and smart IT people out there but also to keep them at the company. This is where you will be able to help us with your expertise and personal touch.

From the list below, you can see the main activities you will be responsible for :

• Manage the end-to-end employment lifecycle process from onboarding to
offboarding
• Establish and advise on local compliance and HR Policies & Processes
• Participates in the relocation and integration process of foreign team-members
• Supports the process of distribution of the benefits in the company
• Managing internal HR personnel documentation both electronic and paper form
• Participating in the optimization of HR processes and policies
• Update internal HR database
• Regulate statutes of the employment law conditions & regulations
• Partnering with Business stakeholders in talent management
• Coordinates and reports the gathered feedback from the exit interviews process in the company
• Dealing with the administration & communicating with local vendors and suppliers
• Maintaining data accuracy in the various systems and reporting tools
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and
compensation and resolve any issues that may arise 
• HR reports and presentations

Job requirements

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• 2+ years of experience working within HR, Compensation & Benefits and payroll experience is also preferable
• Experience in hands-on people management and development;
• An analytical mindset with a desire to fulfil tasks in a detail-oriented way;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
• A Can-Do Attitude
