Your responsibilities:

  • Active participation in all internal activities related to the engagement of all team-members and influencing the attrition in the company
  • Conduct face-to-face onboard meetings with all new joiners
  • Implementation and management of Corporate HR strategies, policies and projects
  • Support the Payroll department and ensure the administration processes
  • Provide information about the social benefits of the company
  • Ensure regular meetings with the employees to explore their needs and well-being of the company, as well as give information about personal training needs, career development, CSR programs, etc.
  • Handle retention conversations and provide retention options
  • Conduct exit interviews with the leaving team members
  • Ensure TIE team-members’ integration
  • Monitor and control performance review process – perform changes in Salesforce, training, create reports as well as active participation in performance review meetings
  • Update internal career page
  • Participation in internal open positions interviews and feedback sessions with rejected agents

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Relevant experience in HR field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have excellent communication skills and ability to understand and relate to people at all levels in the company
  • Empathic personality, oriented toward providing advice, support and guidance
  • Able to work well autonomously and cope with unclarified information
  • Excellent PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet etc.
  • A very good level of English
