We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partners – an international company, for the position of:

HR Administrator and Payroll Specialist


Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for all processes related to HR administration including preparing documentation related to hiring, termination, absence, time off, change job and others; maintaining documentation related to employees’ personal files
  • Payroll calculations
  • Labor legislation compliance
  • Social security and health insurance compliance
    Communicating with employees and managers in the company on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring changes and trends in Bulgarian labor legislation and suggesting changes in company procedures where necessary

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience on a similar role – min 2 years
  • Experience with ticketing system and ERP system preferably Workday
  • Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian Labor Code Law
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and strict compliance with deadlines
  • Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate in English – min B2 level (Upper-intermediate) 
  • Positive and open-minded attitude
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal oriented
