As we are growing fast, we are looking for a motivated professional to join our HR team in Sofia.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Handle daily HR activities and administrate HR documents.
  • Process monthly salaries – calculation and payment of monthly remuneration, bonuses, social contributions, deductions, payroll sheets, and processing of civil contracts remunerations.
  • Create and update all employee-related paperwork (employee contracts, leave requests, terminations, medicine checks, home office requests, labour books, working schedules, etc.)
  • Act as a contact person for NRA, NSSI, and the General Labour Inspectorate. Prepare documents for tax authorities; prepare information for declaration 1 and declaration 6.
  • Support all employees on HR admin related topics and documentation.
  • Work closely with all departments within the company to ensure smooth business operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in HR Administration and Payroll (preferably in the BPO sector).
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code and related legislation.
  • Highly responsible person with the ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency. Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English
