We are NEXT BASKET and we are looking for a Head of Customer Services.

Our new team member will initially be leading a team in our Sofia office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will lead team of account managers and services consultants;
• You will work closely with Sales and Services leads;
• Able to monitor individual performance;
• You will monitor individual pipeline of each account manager/consultant;
• You will be responsible for constant training and improvement of account managers/consultants’ knowledge and skills;
• You will be assigning and auditing service level standards so that each account manager/consultant knows when activities must be performed;
• You will be responsible account managers/consultants timely and quality deliverables;
• You need to assure high retention rate and engagement with business partners;
• You need to set up account management procedures and methodology to assure quality delivery;
• You need to assure meeting of deadlines;
• You need to make sure you have full control and plan for adaptability for scaling volume of services deliverables;
• You will be responsible for enforcing NEXT BASKET's mission and vision.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING EVERY DAY?
• You will manage the day-to-day activities of the services deliveries;
• You will perform various tasks and projects related to our services department;
• You will assure quality, delivery and efficiency of services on a daily basis;
• You will be improving account managers and services consultants performance;

OUR EXPECTATIONS
• At least 3 years of experience as Head of Customer Services;
• You have e-commerce experience;
• In-depth knowledge of efficiently managing services delivery team on a global scale;
• To always be on top of your To-do list;
• Responsibility - there should be no unresolved cases;
• High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken);
• Positive and friendly attitude;
• Desire for personal & professional growth at an international scale;
• Solid knowledge in managing and improving multiple team members;
• Good experience of large scope digital marketing services;
• Previous experience working with e-commerce businesses and good understanding how e-commerce business operates on a local and international level;
• Solid knowledge of project management processes, techniques and technologies;
• Good experience working on local, regional, and international level;
• Solid experience working directly with customers and partners.
