Experienced Chat and Email Specialist with English  (NEW COMPANY) Sofia office



Мain responsibilities:

  • Provide general support to the clients via chat and email regarding set up of accounts, payments, updates and password resets;
  • Resolve and investigate various cases;
  • Maintain company`s database.

Job requirements:

  • Advanced level of verbal and written English (C1 Level);
