Mission of the role
The End User Services Email and Identity team are responsible for on-premises Active Directory, Azure AD, and on-premises and online Exchange for more than 11,000 corporate users worldwide. The team’s portfolio contains multiple connected systems to AD and Exchange, such as the mail hygiene boundary solution, internal Postfix mail relays, PKI, ADFS, LDAP, enterprise password vault, and Intune mobile device management. Within the responsibilities of the team lies designing and implementing solutions alongside the IT Architecture team, implementing, and maintaining services, and ensuring that operational activities and knowledge is provided to all involved parties.

You will:
  • Guarantee maintenance of operation by executing all necessary operational tasks
  • Manage capacity and performance of service and service components by maintaining regular KPIs to be shared with key stakeholders
  • Ensure team support by managing resource availability and organize on call duty rota
  • Writing service-related documentation in the Service Management tool (CMDB, KB articles, Incidents/Changes/Problems) and processes in official channels (Confluence, Jira etc.)
  • Be responsible for a multi-cultural team, organize and prioritize team workload based on the strategy defined by IT management
  • Manage communication with customer and/or key stakeholders during operational work or service-related issues, changes or releases
  • Support in planning and implementing of projects/new service capabilities and designs through the capabilities of Scalable Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Train and coach team members to support their personal development
  • Support the team to ensure engineers achieve the objectives defined for the End User Services department
  • Attend regular operational review meetings
  • Monitor delivery of services to the business within agreed KPIs
  • Participate in reviewing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Act as first contact and escalation point for IT service delivery management team
  • Handle, monitor, coordinate and manage service-related escalations
  • Proactively propose improvement plans where gaps are identified within your area of expertise

You have:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing AD, Azure AD, and Exchange Online in a hybrid environment
  • University Degree in IT or related subject area
  • Experience with implementing and understanding of IT security concepts, best practices and controls within AD, Azure AD, Exchange Online and connected systems
  • A Continuous Improvement mindset where good is never good enough and the desire to raise the bar is a reason to come to work each day
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks while employing time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to meet individual and team KPIs
  • Very good knowledge of software and systems lifecycle management processes
  • Very good presentation experience
  • Solution-oriented, result-oriented and already successfully managed customer relationships
  • Commitment and passion for strategy and account management
  • Intercultural competence, successful work in an international network, business and industry understanding – nationally and internationally
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
