Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of various software products for the construction industry
  • Present & participate in sales pitches to demonstrate our technology proposition and knowledge in handling complex solutions.
  • Support and advise the Sales team on the best solution for each customer and prepare quotes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship with customers from point of sale to transition to the Customer Support team, functioning as a liaison between the client, Client services and Product development teams.
  • Plan, monitor and control the progress of projects and ensure the quality delivery of our product with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and set clear expectations of project deliverables.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Work closely with business owners to define project's scope and expected deliverables.
  • Deliver to client expectation and ensure client agreement and satisfaction with the provided solution.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

Requirements for the role:

  • University degree in information technology or business administration or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management in a software development and/or enterprise software implementation
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • French/German/Norwegian language is an advantage
  • Experience in managing software delivery or implementation projects including timelines, budgets, scope, delivery and change management from project initiation through delivery and closeout.
  • Experience in managing vendors and 3rd party providers
  • Construction industry knowledge or experience is a plus
