We are currently looking to establish our sales and retention departments here in Sofia.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English language - oral and written - MUST
• Experience in FX industry would be considered as an advantage
• Strong persuasive written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong networking capability
• Passion for financial markets
• Organized & disciplined type of person

Your main responsibilities:
• Contact prospective and existing clients via phone, email and chat
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times
• Execute and organize efficient and structured sales process according to company’s standards
• Negotiate and close high value deals as much as possible 
• Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and factors that influence them
