Tasks and responsibilities:
-Respond to inquiries by mail, phone, and in person;
-Advise potential clients and make researches on opportunities to continue their studies abroad;
-Process documents regarding university applications;
-Provide proactive customer service and support;
-Support the other teams when needed.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree - required;
-Bulgarian language at advanced level (or native) - required;
-Level B2-C1 proficiency in English - required;
-Interest in the field of higher education - required;
-Administrative and office experience - required;
-Sales and client service experience - preferable;
-Ability to meet deadlines and targets;
-Ability to conduct primary researches;
