DIGITAL PRODUCT & PROJECT SPECIALIST



YOUR TASKS

  • Well-founded product analysis, and identification of realistic market potential
  • Preparation of regular SWOT analyses, as well as identification and implementation of optimization potential during the product life cycle
  • Target-oriented product development of specific product concepts that produce benefits for users, featuring a clearly defined product positioning/product strategy and sustainable differentiation from the competition
  • Creation of interactive prototypes to flesh out ideas
  • Testing of prototypes to validate the desirability and usability of the solution
  • Monitoring of performance of flows and constantly repeating the cycle to optimize the experience
  • Providing impetus for product and marketing strategies based on conducted user market research and competitive analyses
  • Interdepartmental implementation, coordination, and control of developed products through the creation and maintenance of project plans and tracking project milestones as well as deliverability 


YOUR PROFILE

  • Holder of a degree in Economics/Business Administration with an emphasis on online marketing/digital marketing
  • At least two-year professional experience in the design and development of digital products across the entire product life cycle using lean product development and common product/project management tools
  • A strong sense for current online and digital marketing trends
  • High demands on your own quality
  • Excellent command of English and/or German in word and script, coupled with a creative and excellent style of writing
  • Open-hearted team player with a distinctively structured, analytical, independent, and coordinated method of working coupled with entrepreneurial, pragmatic and holistic thinking and acting
  • Pronounced social skills as well as enthusiasm, commitment and motivational skills
  • Outstanding English communication skills vis-à-vis different stakeholders (knowledge of the German language as well as any other foreign language is an advantage)
