DEPARTMENT LEADER QUALITY ASSURANCE

The Impact you will create:

• You work as a Line Manager for up to 15 colleagues
• You are part of the recruitment process, leading interviews, preselecting/selecting candidates
• You synchronize the demands with our international colleagues and teams
• You are responsible for the career and talent development of the colleagues you are leading
• You push for excellence and quality, by improving the process and the standards followed by the teams
• You work in close collaboration with the HR team on any administrative tasks

Experience and Skills You will Need:

• At least 1 year professional experience as a Line Manager
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, at least 2 years experience as an automation Quality Assurance Engineer
• You have an eye for talent
• You are able to communicate in precise and empathic way, giving guidance and regular feedback
• You have sound knowledge in the development of modern applications
• You are very well organized, diplomatic and self-driven
• You impress with your initiative and decision-making ability and a team-oriented way of thinking
• Your heart beats for Agile technology agnostic software development because we like to think in terms of solutions not in terms of concrete technologies
• You will collaborate with internal and international colleagues (excellent English skills are required)
