DATA ENGINEER wanted
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible not only for streamlining the data extraction procedures, but also data cleaning and validation, data modeling and migration. You will have to work with both structured and unstructured data, relational and non-relational databases and all the modern cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services. Creating dashboards and reports will be another key function in your portfolio. You need to be proficient in Python and more precisely PySpark and/or Pandas. You’re going to be the stakeholder, so setting and keeping the deadlines is what we expect, your self and interpersonal skills are crucial.
REQUIREMENTS that we are looking for
● Proficiency in technologies like Azure Cloud (alternatively GCP, AWS), Azure DevOps, Azure Synapse Analytics
● Proficiency in database management, with both relational and non-relational databases
● Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
● Expertise in Python (PySpark, Pandas)
● Knowledge and practice in working with Git
● Expertise in Data Modeling, migration, cleaning and validation
● Highly motivated people willing to work on innovative projects using creative technologies
● Demonstrating positive pro-activeness and ability to maintain the team spirit
● Analytical skills and attention to detail.
● Business Analysis - gather functional and non-functional requirements, communicating with other stakeholders
