About Us:

We are Futuremedia, a fully remote, established digital agency and startup accelerator offering full-cycle web development, advertising, and business management solutions to customers all around the globe. We are currently scaling a digital, SaaS product for which we are looking to engage experienced Customer Support Executives to join our growing team.

➼ Your opportunity:

As our Customer Support Executive, you will report to the Head of Customer Support. The team's mission is to deliver excellent customer support journeys throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency. You will be interacting with our customers daily while ensuring customer satisfaction is at the highest levels.

This is a perfect role for someone with experience in customer support or a client-facing role. We are looking for someone who loves helping people and is excited about the opportunity to work in a young, fast-growing company.

➼ Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and billing support to users through live chat and email
• Investigate user problems and prepare escalations or bug reports
• Gather and report user’s feedback and product improvements
• Handle payment-related operations
• Learn and document information about users
• Establish personal relationships with customers
• Assist with the internal and external documentation.

➼ About you:

• 4+ years of experience in technical/customer support (remote experience is a huge plus!)
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
• Good social skills
• Multi-tasking and good time management
• Team player
• Punctual, attentive to details
• Learning new things is your passion
• Previous experience or proven interest in the tech/digital field
• Previous experience in compiling documentation (internal or external)
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills (experience in resolving complicated issues that require strong ownership, personal investigation, and cooperation with different teams)
• Experience in working with CS tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Zendesk or similar ticketing tools
