Customer Support Consultant

StangaOne1 is a full service Internet and software company dedicated to providing innovative online solutions to meet a wide range of business needs. We are looking for young and enthusiastic people with English plus one more European language:

Your profile:

  • Fluent in English plus one more European language- Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Italian and etc.
  • High level service ability
  • Knowledge of operating systems, office, basic communication network- Enterprise software like Mail will be considered as an advantage
  • Motivated to learn
  • Very good team player
  • Problem-solving attitude

Your role:

  • Listen and respond to customers by phone, online chat and email
  • Provide all needed information to the clients’ requests
  • Support customers with great service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
