looking for enthusiastic, bright and driven team-players for the role of Customer Sport Support Agent with French, Italian, German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supporting existing distributers and customers via chat or phone and handling inquiries;
* Taking calls from potential customers and offering information on wide range of products;
* Maintaining and updating knowledge on products and services offered;
* Logging notes on each case and keeping notes updated;
* Striving towards customer satisfaction by offering accurate information and timey response;
* Helping other colleagues and maintaining good work atmosphere.

Requirements:
* Great French, Italian or German and good English language skills;
* High School diploma and great PC-user and typing abilities;
* Communicative and enthusiastic, striving towards offering great service;
* Motivated and team-oriented, ready to offer help to other colleagues;
* Organized and professional;
* Available to work on shifts and is interested in sports.
