Кратко представяне

You will become part of our customer services team at Domex® and you will help our team continue to excel in customer service and impress our customers with friendly, polite and helpful interaction.

You will have variety of tasks, which mainly include:

• Taking inbound calls from customers referred to Domex® for a service call; creating service record as well as booking into engineer’s dairies by using ServiceView, an in-house developed CRM platform for job management and planning
• Creating service calls on ServiceView from new bookings received from clients either via email or via web portal and ensuring data is synchronized on both databases.
• Taking incoming phone call enquiries and converting those into service calls by offering customers our two service products: One-off Repair or Repair & Care Service Plan
• Booking service visit calls into engineers’ diaries and liaising with field engineers and customers
• Making follow up calls to customers who made an on-line quotation enquiry, offering assistance and help to potential customers
• Working towards conversion targets and advisors KPIs for both Sofia team and overall business

You must

• Be fluent in English language
• Have at least 6 months experience in an English-speaking call centre (applicants with experience in Bulgarian contact centre will be considered subject to fluent English)
• Be computer literate, experience of MS Outlook, MS Office and a quick typist, preferably touch a typist.
• Have positive and can-do attitude
• Be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Be a good team member and yet be able to work under own initiative
• Be prepared to work according to UK public holidays pattern and travel to London for training and company events

Working day is 8 hours (excluding breaks) between 10am - 7pm or 11am - 8pm, Mon-Fri. Saturdays are on rota basis.
