ABOUT YOUR JOB

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Has responsibility on accurate and timely period-end process in the Costing and Profitability Area.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely calculation and analysis of the intercompany transfer prices.
  • COGS planning for rolling estimation; annual business plan and profit flash delivered on-time and with appropriate analysis.
  • Ensure comprehensive period-end analysis of COGS.
  • Delivering ad-hoc requests coming for COGS area.
  • Enforces agreed accounting policies and controls, both internal and in-line with current legislation.
  • Lead, plan and organize the team’s work.
  • Manages team performance through metrics and key performance indicators, to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Encourages successful people development and engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensures knowledge preservation.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • University degree in accounting, finance, control, or any other economics field.
  • Strong financial background and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in people management, preferably within finance analysis.
  • Excellent command of English (B2/C1) – both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Power BI, etc.)
  • Exposure to complex projects requiring multi-functional team working.
  • Drive for results, customer focus and managing diversity.
  • Good time management and priority setting, result-oriented approach.
