• Fluency in English;
• Good communication skills, approach and personal attitude towards clients;
• Confidence in yourself and confidence-building skills on the other side;
• Ability to work in dynamic and constantly changing economic environment;

• Ability to work in team;
• Previous experience at a call center or in the trade area is considered an advantage.
